So how can working less help you earn more? It comes down to a simple truth about the way we work. When we create massive amounts of time for ourselves to work in, the temptation for dawdling, busy-work, and less valuable work creeps its ugly head into our work minds. Instead of focusing on the most important and valuable tasks, we spend more and more time mastering the trivial and poorly-earning campaigns and product marketing tools.
